Risk Management for development of products

At MRO we are diligent about reducing risk for our clients, which is why we offer extensive mechanical testing on every material and product used in or products or manufactured by MRO. This testing includes pull testing. MRO will mate every connection point to increase the strength of our cable assemblies. We use a Mark 10 ESM301L motorized test stand for pull and break and pull and return testing.

IPC Inspection on manufacturing processes

What is IPC testing? Well to put it simply this is testing that occurs in the early stages of the manufacturing process. By testing the product within the first twenty percent of production we are able to ensure that the functionality, performance, and many other elements of the manufacturing process are of the highest quality.

100% Testing of every unit produced

MRO is committed to providing the highest quality possible for our clients. By testing every unit we produce we have been able to maintain an ISO quality rating of 99.7% for all shipped units.
