CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES


Production Assembler

MRO is currently seeking a full-time Production Assembler that will be responsible for the assembly of various custom cable products and will ensure all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines. This is an entry-level position but experience in custom cable assembly is considered a strong asset!

Manufacturing Process Engineer

This position oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency; ensures the quality team and other departments work together cohesively and is responsible for the development of tools and equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. This position also serves as support to our CAD team and will be required to cross-train and create/review drawings as necessary.

Soldering Technician III

MRO is currently seeking a full-time Soldering Technician that will be responsible for the soldering of wires and assembly of various custom cable products, ensuring all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have the ability to work under general direction without detailed supervision and must also have thoroughness and attention to detail in their work. The Soldering Technician is a higher-level Assembler role and is expected to handle complex IPC-620 Class III soldering jobs.
