With IPC certified trainers on staff, we can provide the necessary industry training and skills to ensure the highest quality electronics assembly that our customers have come to expect. All assembly staff are trained by our in-house IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified trainers, ensuring that every member of our assembly team is a Certified IPC/WHMA-A-620 Application Specialist. MRO follows the latest IPC revisions and ensures that every application specialist is utilizing the latest processes and technology. MRO is pleased to be an IPC Class 2 and Class 3 EMS Provider.
IPC Class 2: Dedicated Service
When you engage with MRO, we offer you our dedicated service. This includes our products where continued performance and extended life is required, and for which uninterrupted service is desired but not critical. Typically, the end-use environment would not cause failures.
Risk Management for development of products
At MRO we are diligent about reducing risk for our clients, which is why we offer extensive mechanical testing on every material and product used in or products or manufactured by MRO. This testing includes pull testing. MRO will mate every connection point to increase the strength of our cable assemblies. We use a Mark 10 ESM301L motorized test stand for pull and break and pull and return testing.
IPC Inspection on manufacturing processes
What is IPC testing? Well to put it simply this is testing that occurs in the early stages of the manufacturing process. By testing the product within the first twenty percent of production we are able to ensure that the functionality, performance, and many other elements of the manufacturing process are of the highest quality.
