Continuous flex cable

We have a range of cables that are designed for continuous flexing in industrial environments. Each cable is able to withstand high levels of torsion which is a common issue in the robotics industry. We also have an in-house overmolding and tooling shop, so we can provide a custom mold suited to your application.

Automated manufacturing process

All of our manufacturing cells utilize automated cutting, striping, and crimping. We have experience working with a wide range of connectors and crimping methods, including custom crimping methods that have been developed for various clients.

Each unit is fully tested

We fully test every unit that we produce, and we strive to maintain the highest possible quality rating. We work with each client to ensure that the testing methods for each project meet and exceed their expectations. To date, MRO has achieved and maintained an ISO Quality Rating of 99.7% for all shipped units.
