Functionally equivalent to LMR200. This RF cable is usable anywhere a medium flexible coax is needed such as GPS, WLAN, or mobile antennas. The center conductor is solid copper of 1.12mm (0.044 inches), the dielectric is foam polyethylene, the shield is bonded aluminum foil with a tinned copper braid, and has a polyurethane jacket of 4.95mm (0.2 inches) OD. The polyurethane jacket is waterproof as well as oil resistant, chemical resistant, UV resistant, and salt spray resistant. It’s mechanically very tough, difficult to cut or tear. When a cable is needed in situations like outdoor oil field operation polyurethane should be on the short list. The temperature range is -40 to +85 C (40 to +185 F). The propagation factor (velocity factor) is 83%, the impedance is 50 ohms, the capacitance is 80.4 pf/m.
